Payable on approval prior to next stage of other sketches such elevation plans, section plan, etc (40% of draughting fee); 3. Payable on completion of final working drawing plan (20% - including SANS XA documents & municipal forms); 4. Upfront payable of all council fees in full (100% prior to council submission – to be determined after completion of draughting job); 5. Delivery of council approval plans to you;
