X-Designs cc offers a comprehensive architectural residential projects and building services, combining a diverse range of experience and skills of the individual members in: residential architecture and refurbishment or extension of existing residential buildings.  It establishes and runs since 1996 chiefly on private residences and construction sector and bases in Gauteng and as well provides most services provincially.   Available resources include computer-aided design and draughting systems: DataCAD 19.   Furthermore, the core of this business is not only designing / drawing up plan on new residential buildings and complex unit proposals, but as well undertaking in alternations or additions of existing house, ranging from garages/cottages to double storey in conventional or contemporary styles.  Some instance of projects involved: -
